“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. “A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. We slept in the main room which is at the front of the flat and the kids room is……

“We loved our 1 night stay here. The pods are almost new, super comfortable and pretty. The shared toilet facilities were super clean, there were enough to be shared so no need to wait. Location is great, very close to York City Centre and we were lucky to have nice neighbours in the pods around. Highly recommend it”

“Only stayed 1 night which was grand from check in with lovely helpful lass on reception who mcould not have been more helpful. Bar and restaurant staff very polite, helpful and efficient. Some of the decor and furniture in the rooms looking tired and in need of sprucing up. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would not hesitate to stay again. ”
