“Expedia allowed us to reserve 3 nights, but upon arriving at the Resort, the administrators did not allow us to enter, because they claimed that the property was reserved for a minimum of 7 nights. Expedia did not take responsibility for their error and ignored our complaints, they did not give us any compensation that they promised, nor did they assume to cover the monetary difference with another reservation that we had to make at the last minute as they told us. “The condo was very nice and well stocked with necessities. We loved our balcony view and that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. For all the property went through cuz of the hurricane they have done a great job of maintaining it. Only thing we missed was the pool area was not ready as they hoped it would be. But we still enjoyed our stay. We would go back again. ”
