“A really lovely hotel with the kindest and warmest owners. You are made to feel at home immediately and Linda and Tony do all they can to make your stay brilliant. The kids loved the special hot chocolates in the room and we all loved the amazing breakfast. The hotel is very convenient for the attractions, 5 minutes from Pleasure Beach and 10 minutes walk from the water park but in a very quiet and safe street. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. “This hands down beats any B&B experience I have had in Blackpool so far. We chose this because of it's location, wanting to be close to the Pleasure Beach. The house was very clean where it mattered (noticed muck higher up when I was putting black-out-blind suction pads on the windows) and the beds were comfortable. The shower in the 1st bedroom was lovely and hot and the kitchen had all the basics for our short stay. The lounge was comfortable and the TV gave us netflix though I'm not sure if……

“We stayed in room 9 for one night. The room was clean and looked to have had new furniture and carpets. There was everything we needed en-suite, towels, toiletries and bottled water. Yvonne knew a lot about the local area and gave us some tips for our trip, she also called us in advance to let us know the room was ready. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and is a working progress but we had a pleasant stay and would return. ”
