“I arrived late at night. The guy on reception was really welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy case and there's no lift, but he sprinted up to the first floor with my case. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy and has tea/coffee. The shower was good. I had to go into London before my flight. "It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
