“the location of the hotel is good. one staff is very good and one staff is abit cool. the breakfast are nice as the smile of the breakfast maker is very nice. it is very conveinent to go out as there is a bus syop nearby. it is 20 min far away from the train station, you can tae bus if you dont want to take bus.”

“The washroom was terrible, not yet tidied up on the day i checked in. The soap had been used by someone else. It was so noisy in the morning, the staff sang very loudly and played music in the counter. The service of the staff was poor as well, especially the mid-aged guy who had so many excuse to refuse you request. The worst thing I have to complaint is my credit card was illegally used by a third party after making payment in this hotel. Their credit card machine was unreliable. I……

Par contre, il n'y a pas d'isolation entre les chambres : on est facilement réveillé par les allées et venues des autres clients. Chambre très confortable et refaite récemment. Propre de manière générale, mais des mouchoirs, plaquettes de médicaments et lentilles avaient été oubliées dans un tiroir.”

“IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. ”
