“Darling property. Thoughtfully restored after the hurricane. Very clean, well equipped and very comfortable bed. If I had one fix it would be the blue outdoor lights around the pool. Though they are terrific from a decorative point, they are problematic from a sleep perspective and the shades aren’t quite able to block all of the light.”

“This little cottage was very quaint, perfect for a quick girl's getaway. Situated in close walking distance to Lighthouse Beach, small shops and places to eat. I much rather prefer little places like this, that have all the basics of a low key but enjoyable area. It was just what we needed to enjoy all Sanibel has to offer.”

“Condo is newly renovated and in a great spot on the property. We loved the easy access of walking out the porch and being able to get to the beach to so quickly. It was especially nice for sunrises to be able to pop out and enjoy the morning so quickly.”

“The property was as described in the online listing. The only two issues we had: We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the living room (it was always on at high speed)There was a sulfur odor in the neighborhood at times, which we found out from neighbors that is a thing in Sanibel. Nothing to do with the property itself.”

“This location is amazing! The ocean was a short walk away and an umbrella and 4 chairs were provided. Our family really enjoyed the time at the beach. However, the kitchen amenities were not as stated in the listing as "a fully equipped kitchen." It was missing basics, like salt and pepper. Only one dishwasher pod was provided, and so there were dirty dishes upon our arrival that we needed to clean prior to eating from them. There was only one dish towel, and no drying rack, so the dish towel……
