“They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! ”

“We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. ”

“Ma fille et moi avons passé 3 nuits dans l’hôtel …arrivé compliqué avec tout un tas de code pour toute les portes …il est au 20 eme étage et on monte avec un tout petit ascenseur ,très lent (claustrophobe s’abstenir !!!😜)alors l’hôtel est très bien noté par tout le monde …moi aussi j’ai laissé de bonnes appréciations notamment sur la propreté…mais alors un point super négatif ,nous avons croisé juste un matin la dame qui s’occupe de tout ça et franchement pas un sourire 😒c’était dans cuisine……
