“Our family stayed for a week this Dec 2024. The property is in a prime location, and walking distance to anything you may need. The hotel is remarkable, clean, and decorated with amazing pieces. The staff made us feel at home, safe, and welcome. They covered all our requests without hesitation. We will return and would certainly recommend this to anyone. Cheers!”

“Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“We had a problem with the hotel we originally booked, so we got transferred to the FRANKLIN London by Expedia promptly which we very much appreciated. The room is super cozy and amazing, staff here are helpful with warm smile. You can have variety choices for the main course of your breakfast and I really recommend to include breakfast when you stay. The hotel is very close to the Harrods, only within 5 minutes walk. Takes 8 minutes to the underground. Very convenient location with quiet……
