The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is right near Manchester Piccadilly train station and there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets downstairs. It……

“We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the apartment. There was plenty of space and the two bathrooms were a major convenience. We would have appreciated if all the beds had sheets on them- we had to get the sheets from the closet and make the beds ourselves. But other than that, we were very pleased and would recommend the stay, especially to anyone attending an event at Wembley. It is literally a stone's throw away from the stadium.”

“Travelled as a family, was met on arrival to hotel, staff very friendly, gave the kids free lollipops& showed us to our room. Room was clean and comfy, just what we needed, shared bathrooms but didnt bother us as we didnt bump into anyone. Microwave, kettle& some cutlery in the room. Basic but for the price really good especially as its close to tube station. Area is a bit rough, rubbish etc everywhere but hotel itself was clean& tidy. ”
