“不满意”

“This hotel was a perfect 10 for my family. We booked the junior suite. My daughter had her private area to sleep and we were able to close off our room as well. It was clean and the staff was incredible. We got there a couple hours before check in, so after we did the paperwork, we left to get lunch and came back at check in time to find they had already taken our luggage to our room. So stress free for us. There is an elevator and air condition for a comfy stay. The breakfast was basic but……

“The service was good in general except when we asked for complimentary bottled water after one was given two days ago after arrival, we were not notified it would be charged until we clarified with the female staffs again after requesting a bottled water.”

“Wonderful stay. Small room but very clean and cozy. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.The location is great. I would love to stay here again. ”
