“Great staff ”

“Very pretty property. Rooms were comfortable and nice-looking. Small old bathtubs. Beautiful bar with scenic terrace. Nice new valet service. Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. Also, the biggest reason I score them only 3 is that the hotel forgot to tell me at checkin that they……

“Our one night stay was fine. Only complaint is that we couldn’t get out of the parking lot deep in the bowels of the building when departing the next morning. So we returned to the front desk and discovered that our ticket that we needed to activate the lifting of the barrier didn’t work because it needed to be validated. We just didn’t know this.”

“Over all great experiance. The house keeping left something to be desired. I left the card that asked for any issues with the inoperable coffee maker thd first night. Next day card was gone coffee maker was still not working and no one addressed it. I left a reminder every night but still by the fourth day still coffee maker. Also the cleaning staff left no new cups, ice bucket bag, didn't empty trash and changed no linens. Yet despite these issues front staff were very friendly, attentive and……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mining Exchange. Our room was beautiful (loved the high ceiling and fancy wall paper!) and the bed was very comfortable.
