“Interesting and hip hotel. Very nice staff, only thing I didn’t care for was how cold my room was and how loud it was where my room was facing. It would have been better to have a room facing the front parking lot over the back. It wasn’t busy the one I night stayed there because there wasn’t many cars so I don’t know why I had a room that was on that side. But overall it was fine for one night. I’d stay again if I had to and the price was reasonable. ”

“Very pretty property. Rooms were comfortable and nice-looking. Small old bathtubs. Beautiful bar with scenic terrace. Nice new valet service. Service in the hotel was mostly nice/cordial, but didn’t go even slightly out of their way to get information or problem-solve for a large group of business guests who were staying there but attending a conference at the Broadmoor a couple miles away. “I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to book this hotel as I just stayed at another Hyatt and had a not so great experience but, I'm glad I did after all. This Hyatt was clean and updated. I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! ”

“great location - walk right across to main street in Manitou. Housekeeping in room everyday, turn down service with chocolates included, newspaper in the morning; nice touches. They do a nice job maintaining a vintage property. Rooms are nice with fireplaces and really nice large bathrooms with double sinks, whirlpool tub and powerful showerheads. We stayed 6 nights and I would stay there again.”

“The staff was excellent! They were very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Kyla was very sweet and always answered any questions that I had.
