“Nice place ”

“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door……

“Great stay, great location! The beds were comfy, and the towels were fluffy. The garden and coy ponds were a bonus. The owner was accommodating and answered questions within minutes. We had a great time!”

“Everything about this hotel - except the bathroom toilet not flushing very well, but I'm really grasping at straws! - was fantastic. I was really pleased to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival and was very comfortable in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well-lit and the amenities - mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, etc. - were all very convenient and I liked that they were hidden away in a dresser. The location was also fantastic and I felt safe and secure……

“The staff was so friendly. Breakfast until 10:30 was wonderful, most places stop at 9:30. Late checkout was no problem. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast was delicious everyday, enjoyed stayin at a old building with old building charm, squeaky floors,things off center but a nice quite place”
