“Clean ”

“Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. ”

“This was our 'home base' while we were back in the area for the Christmas season. We had a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. “Nice place ”

“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door……

“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”
