Our room has been super clean; bed and shower are first rate. The buffet breakfast has been abundant, varied and delicious. The staff seems to go above and beyond at every opportunity.”

“The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. ”
