“Great place to stay when visiting Zion NP!! Less than 10 mins to entrance of Zion which we loved since we planned on getting to the park early. Place is BRAND NEW!! perfect layout for a family with kids as the upstairs loft had space with a queen and 2 singles. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Great, spacious house that would be ideal for a large group. Alton is approximately midway between Zion NP and Bryce NP so it is easy to visit both parks and the numerous scenic drives in the area without moving. Carrie, the manager, was courteous and professional. There are few rules and those few are reasonable. The single negative is the lack of food of any kind in Alton.”

“Our stay was amazing! The property owners were friendly and attentive.Our accommodations were clean, cozy, yet spacious, and peaceful; the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was off the main house yet private and quiet. The living space was perfect for my husband and me. It included a 50-inch TV with Netflix access, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a jet-driven tub. (Amazing!)Cindy, our hostess, stayed in contact with us, making sure we were comfortable.
