“The room was great, clean and comfortable. Everything we were expecting, the only problem was the outside light for the outside walkway lit the room up way to much, need room darkening curtains, we hung towels over the curtains but we were not able to cove the whole window, also the window over the sink could use a shade I can’t sleep with a light on.”

“Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”
