“Great staff, very welcoming and helpful…”

“Fantastic decor and customer service. Car park is limited and some spaces very small. We booked “a Selwyn” room which is said to be bigger but is still a very small room with no safe. Breakfast was fantastic with wide choice of good quality ingredients.”

“My only complaint woukd be that the beds sorely need a foam pad on top and more comfortable pillows.”

“Exceptionally good. Ice maker in corridor. Coffee machine in room. Bed was so comfortable. You will have everything you need in room. Free in house car park also safe and convenient for traveler. Breakfast served hot and with buffet table.”

“Safe and quiet, not a busy hotel with great view overlook Epsom Down race course. Only dislike is breakfast choices are the same everyday with any changes.”

“Just an overnight stay, but with time to walk in the adjacent commons along the Thames. The bed was a little hard, but otherwise good bedding and linens. Restaurant staff could use a little training in providing good and respectful service. They seem a little rough for the quality of Petersham. But maybe you are going for a pub atmosphere?”

“Was a warm welcome when we arrived, everything explained clearly. Rooms modern and clean, food was delicious, all staff were great. Will be going back next year. A rare find”

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”
