“This property is on a quiet dirt road on Toddy Pond. The cottage is rustic but adorable. The view is amazing, the pond is so clean you can see the bottom. My teenage boys loved fishing from the canoe. ”

“As soon as we entered this Lovely Cottage we fell in love with it. Everything imaginable was there for our stay. From the humming of a lobster boat as it left in the wee hours of the morning to the Magnificent View/Sunrises from our bedroom. We also enjoyed the Antics from a Blue Heron along with watching two seals both right in front of our Cottage. We can not give enough accolades for this Cottage. “Perfect for multi-gen family like ours. 2 bdrms and rec area on each of 3 floors. Kitchen elaborately outfitted with every tool and appliance you can think of. Many sightings of forest and ocean wildlife took our breath away, as well as a stellar view and restful quiet. Michael, the property manager, responded promptly to any need, and welcomed us with a tour. All in all, a perfect holiday home.”
