“The room we were initially allocated was not suitable with no view and was extremely hot. However Debbie on reception upgraded us to a much better room at a reduced charge”

“If you are looking for a simple, clean hotel, with free secure parking and 24hour reception, this is ideal. 4 min walk from Harlesden tube, which takes you straight into central London on the Bakerloo Line. Approx 45-50min walk from Wembley Stadium (the reason for our stay). We would stay again. ”

“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and……

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”
