“This house was exactly as pictured, located in a quiet, walkable community. Leo made check-in and communication very easy. It’s located conveniently between Pompano Beach and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, without staying in the crazy busy area. Our teens enjoyed the pool!”

“The property was gorgeous. The beach was clean and secluded. The pool and seating areas were lovely. The outdoor shower was extremely convenient, as well as the direct access to the bathroom near the small golf area! The pool had many floats and the garage was filled with beach accessories. Kitchen was also beautiful. The only thing I will say is that there are only 3 bedrooms. Then a den with a Murphy bed--- online makes it seem like 4 bedrooms plus then den with Murphy bed. ”

“We had an absolutely fantastic time at this amazing house! The private beach club access was a real highlight. The beach itself is stunning—peaceful and never crowded. Getting there was a breeze thanks to the 6-passenger golf cart, which made trips to the beach effortless. The private access point is conveniently located right across from the island, making it super easy to enjoy the shoreline.The house is incredibly well-equipped for a beach vacation. “Pictures are accurate, which is a huge plus! Very clean, plenty of everything you’d need in a home away from home! Even the neighbors were super nice. (They live there full time) There’s not a lot of channel options, but honestly, we didn’t care. We were outside most of the time enjoying the views!”

“Seemless experience”

“This place exceeded our expectations! No surprises at all from the description given. Darwin was an awesome host-so eager to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our flight home was delayed and he was so kind to allow us to stay a little later on our check out day. The outdoor space is huge and the view with plenty of furniture to relax, read and enjoy the views of the wide opening of the intercoastal (felt like we were situated on a big lake). Ship watching was fun……

“We've rented many houses in the Pompano/Ft. Lauderdale area over the years, and this one is our favorite. The backyard was awesome with the tiki hut, grill, and the pool...we spent tons of time out there. The inside was an Ikea showroom. Everything was new and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were more pool and beach chairs, floats, etc. than we knew what to do with. “I feel like we got lucky with this one! The home feels like a perfect blend of clean, modern with splashes of fun and feminine. Neighborhood is its own strand. Beautiful homes & vegetation. Felt completely safe day & night. It’s about .7 of a mile to private beach entry. Easy walk but if you bring provided beach equipment you also have resident parking. Two bedrooms w/en suites aren’t split but are extremely soundproof. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Very nice yard with covered seating area. Sitting……
