We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary Urban Retreat. We spent 5 night and were very grateful for the comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful part of Rome which is away from all the touristy hustle and bustle. We walked to most places or took the subway. There are great restaurants within walking distance just down the hill or a 15 min walk to the Trastevere neighbourhood. They have beautiful, clean and modern accommodations, the staff are……

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”

“Clean room, a little sparse in kitchen utensils, but better things to do than cook. Easy access to bus, super easy to catch a cab, easy access to central Rome. Amazing pizza joint IL Fornaretto di Trastevere just a short 5 min walk. Perfectly located. ”

“The owner, Alex, was extremely helpful with directions to the property from the airport & to local places of interest. He gave very specific instructions for features of the property & also recommended an excellent local restaurant. We enjoyed our time in Rome!”

“Great Clean Suite very spacious room. Groceries and restuarants nearby were good and busy with locals. Staff was helpful they are on site for limited hours but available via text or whatsapp. Free laundry service on site (Self serve) washer and dryer worked great”
