“Outstanding ”

“Staff were personable once we became acquainted and our experience in Bohemia restaurant was outstanding. Towels were changed on a daily basis which in an eco friendly world may be seen to be excessive? Overall, it was a pleasant week’s stay.”

“The staff went above and beyond. Lovely stay in a great hotel. Could not fault the food, atmosphere, room and location. It was located in the main town and on the doorstep to the main bus station so all areas of the Island were in easy reach. ”

“Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Buses also stop nearby. Only a couple of……

“Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! ”

“This was a beautiful property.We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage very spacious, beautiful decor and had outside space in the form of small garden with table and chairs.The only small detail that the property could perhaps consider would be considering a raised toilet seat for disabled guests.The toilets were very low and difficult to get up from if any mobility issues or older guests.The toilet down stairs had lots of space for wheelchair users but the toilet was still very low.Other than this……

“A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. It's a lovely relaxing hotel.”

“Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. The beach is fabulous in rain or shine, wonderful views from sea front balcony. Cosy rooms, great pillows! Food and wine excellent. Fabulous local bus service (12A) and close to the airport via local taxi (or bus #12).”
