“The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch. I will go back to The Fifth……

“Great central location in Manhattan, close to Penn Station and subway stations. Lots of restaurants and gelato in the neighborhood and a trendy coffee shop on the first floor. Beautiful rooftop bar. Would stay again!”

“We got the double double family room with kitchenette and it was so spacious and comfortable. Having two bathrooms is also a big plus. We had a corner room and the view of Manhattan was amazing. Service from start to finish was top notch. Loved our stay! ”

“Bed was amazingly comfortable- staff were all great but the breakfast staff were understaffed. The 2 people that were working the breakfast area were too busy to check back re: need refills, anything else. Not their fault-just really busy. Otherwise great property and would definitely recommend staying here. ”
