“This is a great cabin for a little getaway. We brought our puppy and had a wonderful time. The things that were really important to us were the hot tub being private, the screened-in porch for our pup’s safety, and the keurig! One point to make- the front porch is great but does have traffic noise- the back porch is much quieter. We made almost all our meals at the cabin and had all we needed. “The cabin is remote and quiet. The cabin itself is cozy and well maintained. Driveway was a little challenging, but what can anyone expect in the hills of Tennessee. Unfortunately there was no fish to be found but little baby fish this time of the year I guess. The river was crystal clear and fun to walk around. I tied a tube to a tree and we just floated in the cool water, which was refreshing with the hot temperatures. This was our third rental in Sevierville and was by far the best one.……

“Cute, cozy cabin with a nice layout and good views of the Smoky Mountains! The host was very communicative and her place is well kept and as described. It is very convenient to grocery and many other things that are great for families with kids. The only slight downside for those looking to unwind with quiet evenings on the outdoor patio is you are close to other cabins so you can hear music and voices. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back to this cabin.”

“We LOVED staying here at “High Expectations” for our fill of the Smokies. The view is ethereal, the cabin had everything you could possibly need or want. The amenities were top notch and just as depicted in the photos. This home is quite well made, showers work great, and the towels are better than a hotel’s IMO. A/C was responsive and consistent, perfect for summertime. Our stay during the Summer did come with stormy weather along with a brief power outage overnight. We probably wouldn’t……
