“We were very pleased with the place. It was as advertised, with an extremely comfortable main bed and extra spaces for kids. We found the bedding and towels to be excellent and ample for our family. The neighborhood is busy, but safe and quite interesting, with much to see and do even in walking distance. On street parking was no problem, even with our full size truck. Great communication and easy check in and out.”

“Simone was a warm and welcoming host from original booking to our departure. She created a home that provided everything we needed. 5 of us comfortably stayed 3 nights for a UC Berkeley event. The location is convenient to campus and the safe parking behind a gate was a plus. We needed an extension cord and Simone immediately delivered one. We even used the washer/dryer. Simone's place was just right for our stay!”

The backyard was lovely, beautiful on a summer evening for an outdoor dinner. The owner was very communicative and quickly answered any questions that I had. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!”

The kitchen had good cookware, the beds were comfortable, the living room had an amazing cherry tree right outside the picture window! We really liked this house. The back yard was a nice place to sit in the afternoon sun.”
