“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“Struttura curata e praticamente in centro ma non tutti i servizi sono da 5 stelle. Nel bagno c’era un leggero odore di scarico non tale da chiedere il cambio della camera ma neanche piacevole. Il bidet in bagno scaricava l’acqua molto lentamente, come se fosse tappato, a mio avviso non andrebbe assegnata la camera senza aver risolto le suddette problematiche. Nelle scale per l’accesso alle camere è presente un’ infiltrazione a soffitto, non piacevole alla vista, in alternativa sono presenti 2……

“10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi. ”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Clean and updated room, good location. But the breakfast is bad taste. The green light in bathroom is scary. The staff during midnight can't speak English well. However, it's still suitable choice in this price.”
