“Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and……

“The hotel is in a great location and has a lovely pool area which is in the direct sun for most of the day. I stayed in an ‘updated’ apartment which had a balcony overlooking the pool at the front of the hotel. The apartment was very large and offered most things I needed - a few extra touches were needed like washing up sponges and liquid and better shower gels etc. but otherwise the apartment was comfortable. I’ve downside is the noise from guests in the hallway/stairs and sofa area on the……

“Very busy hotel. More than we expected. The beach on the photos does not refer to the hotel as it’s public and nearby beach was rocky. The swimming pool was packed. The restaurant and food were beyond expectations. Brilliant choice and delicious food. Not sure if I’d stay for 1-2 weeks holiday in this property period, but 1 night stay over was fine. Thank you ”

“Wir waren für knapp 1 Woche hier. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist und hier und da, eine Modernisierung benötigt. Bspw. schwankte die Wassertemperatur unserer Dusche ständig zwischen warm und extrem heiß. Das Frühstücks- und das Abendbuffet waren dagegen erstklassig. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen, jeden Tag andere Gerichte und ein extrem aufmerksames Personal. Ein Minuspunkt für uns war das……

“Een fijne rustige en nette accommodatie op een prima locatie op loopafstand van zowel de boulevard, het strand, maar ook van Yumbo. Kamers zijn lekker ruim. Alleen geen airco, maar een ventilator. Voor ons geen probleem, maar wellicht iets waar je bij het boeken rekening mee moet houden. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
