"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better.
