The lobby is a little loud and chaotic. I recommend arriving during the day if you can, if you arrive on a weekend evening you'll feel like you arrived at a club, but you'll find that your room upstairs is a quiet respite.”

“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……

“This hotel was wonderful. The staff was great. The rooms were very comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere restaurants shopping. I would highly recommend. ”

“Cinque Sogni is a great place to stay in Rome. In the outer Rome area it is more peaceful and not too noisy. Easy access to the Metro. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. A kitchenette and communal breakfast area is well set up with a selection of foods and beverages. A convenient fridge freezer combo for perishable foods. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel, all around amazing. Service was very good, breakfast was very good. Surronding areas is very nice with good resturants and near bus stations to Central Rome/Vatican. Far from Metro around 1 km, but bus is a good second option.”

“The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”
