“From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the receptionist (Vee) was very helpful and professional! I had only booked one night but now I’m staying for at least 4 nights because of the quality of the hotel, the facilities (pool and sauna are great) and the staff! If I return to Nha Trang I would definately stay here again - well done team Avari!”

“Front desk could not provide currency exchange which the staff said they did not have enough cash flow. Other thing else is good.”

“酒店整體是很好的，房間整潔，員工服務很好，早餐也不錯，位置鄰近沙灘和食店，符合價錢定位。唯一要改善的是房間熱水不足問題，希望可以改善一下。”

“不知是飯店還是員工的問題，不管是去i-resort或者去機場都是私家車，去i-resort的車付了來回的錢，結果回飯店時卻被放鴿子，拿著付錢的收據詢問i-resort的櫃台，卻得到這個不是他們公司的車不清楚的答案，害我們回來時不只多等了一小時，結果還又自己招計程車，心情非常差，去機場時飯店也不是叫taxi而是一台私家車。 前台員工看似親切但不知是英文不好還是純粹不想應付我們，雖然面帶微笑但覺得態度敷衍。”

“It’s my first time here. This suite has awesome view in the morning and the location of hotel is great. You can get into the sea easily and not crowd as central area. Big love!”

“This is a 4 stars hotel with a very reasonable price, we don't find it noisy as other comments, maybe because of not in the peak season. Location is very good, near to the sailing club, Yen's, Galangal, Lantern & Zallo buffet Nha Trang. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop that you can take Airport Bus to Cam Ranh International Airport, we found it out lately when we used the Airport Bus and passed by the Hotel. The Hotel receptionist didn't advise us when we inquired them about Airport……

“We come here every time we stay in Nha Trang. It’s a short walk to the beach/mall nearby and a few good spots to eat around. And we Grab a short distance to anywhere else we want to eat or shop. The people there are very nice and helpful.”
