“Interesting building, newly renovated rooms are commendable. Room air-conditioning very quite and effective with outside temperature at 31c. Grateful that staff carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Although situated on the Upper Richmond Road, it was very quiet inside the building. We consider ourselves fortunate to find a car parking space on site as renovation work has reduced the available parking spaces but we're made aware of this at the time of booking. Surprised……

“最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！”

“The room was huge and the hotel were very accommodating to our needs and gave us a late check out. The only issue in the room was that the curtain was broken and couldn’t be closed but luckily we all had our sleep masks with us ”

“We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport……

“Location is good. The facilities are not well maintained. Garage in and out need to contact staff to open the gate. Room window blocked and no fresh air. Room temperature hot but can't control. Overall not very clear and tidy.”

“Title: PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. I will start with the positives. The flat itself is quite nice. Each room is a good size, The bathroom is lovely, but through the stay we noticed slight dirt and dust. Nothing that ruined the night itself though! The stay was a small sleepover arranged for my birthday (6 people) so the space was great for this! Our only wish was that there was a TV in the living room/kitchen. But this……
