“This is my second time at this hotel, its clean and has lots of character. The staff is great. There are lots of local Latin & Mexican options. Subway is nearby. The neighborhood is sketchy, but also full of character and characters! I have not felt unsafe, but its definitely a diamond in the rough.”
“Our 5 day stay was great. We loved all of the friendly, hard-working staff who helped us with many small requests. Beds comfortable, rooms so clean, hotel very secure and safes in rooms. The indoor attached valet parking was very convenient. Breakfasts are simple, so bring your own fruit or bagel toppings if you like those things. We also enjoyed a nearby restaurant for dinner.”
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
