“Very good ”

“I’ve been going to this property since it was known as the Yankee Clipper; 40 years now..appreciate the remodeling.. cashless property can become an annoyance. I had my card compromised just before my flight. $$$ to eat with instant 18% gratuity plus fees, a can of ginger ale is $5. I found this markup almost offensive. I stood 5 nights. The room was very nice, my window was covered in palms.. most lovely!! I will go back.. the price was great for the area..kid friendly for sure. Overall,……

“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like……
