“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. “I love that this hotel offered $15 off cards for the hotel restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Pedro at the front desk who helped me extend my reservation. The pool area is nice too. The only thing I would fly was that there was a big party with several non-hotel guests who were very loud and lingering around the lobby. They were also shooting a loud music video shoot right outside the front of the hotel. I think the hotel security could do a better job at managing……
