“We got a shock that our reservation was gone while we arrived at airport in the midnight! After checking around it was back but the reserved queens beds room was not available for the first night and we kept on asking for the following two nights instead of being informed. We took wrong shuttle because no info was given and this caused a very late check in. Anyway our stay was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, the indoor pool was unexpected warm which is exllent……

“The rooms were clean and the staff was nice/ friendly. My only problem I was concerned about the people walking in and out of the hotel. One man approached my daughter and asked to use her phone because he was trying to reach somebody in the hotel and the hotel wouldn’t let him use the phone. ”
