“rooms do not hv double glazed window, so can hear all noise from the street. one of he heaters was not wotking, no access to hotel internet in the room. hotel was full of tour groups, so bft was full abd pacjed. they were nights that no meals were served to individual other than those groups. ”

“The hotel staff Erik and the one who responsible for 17-18/12 night shift staff are very helpful and nice, really appreciate! The room is clean, warm and cozy! (Erik gave extra lamp to us) ”

“I am from HK & I was asking for refund (even for 30%) due to coronavirus but the hotel rejected. I understood this is the hotel policy but I do think there should be exceptional case under this extreme situation. Quite disappointed as other countries hotel are willing to refund full or partial refund in this case.”
