“Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.”

“If you like to experience hospitality of the Lake District The Keswick Park Hotel and the town in general is for you! Clean rooms, great breakfast and restaurant for dinner, outdoor seating if weather is good, wonderful, friendly staff. Across the quiet street is beautiful Fitz Park with grass tennis courts, outdoor table tennis, colorful gardens and ice cream stand. Easy walking to several trail heads, center of town pubs, market, and lake. Bus accesses as well. A movie theater and playhouse……

“Spent 2 peaceful nights at the Melbreak Hotel. It was really handy for exploring the Lake District which we were happy about, the only downside was the 4.30pm check in time which we thought was quite late but we still had a lovely time. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and chatty.”

“Superb location on sea front with plenty of parking behind hotel via very narrow alley. Stayed in Room 3 - stunning view over the beach / bay - comfortable 4 poster bed - plenty of power points - heating controlled via App - excelent wi-fi - limited choice of tv channels. Food - plenty of - excellent quality. Staff all very helpful & friendly. Gets full regularly so book early. ”
