“We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day. “Hotel is an easy 15 mins walk away from the town centre or bus stops outside. Staff pleasant and very helpful. The room was large and clean but in need of an update. Easy parking in the hotel's car park. Breakfast is reasonably price but finishes very early at 8.30. Good cooked breakfast but other choices are limited.”

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”
