“Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite. But apart from have a slightly better view to two sides it wasnt all mich better that what we had already. Shower was alot smaller in the upgraded suite. To sum up, if your booking……

“Everything about it was great ”

“They didn't change the bedsheet! When we arrived the room, we found out there were some makeup dirties (the girls make foundation and lip balm) on the bedsheet, we called the reception but been told that room service is closed. Second day, after the cleaning, we found the bedsheet was still the same one... But the reception is very friendly and made us feel great. Hope they will improve the cleaning.”

The hotel provide Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.the Shuttle bus is very big which enough for many travellers and with big suitcases! All in all I love this hotel very much!”

“1. 下午三點到旅館要checkin，結果一大堆人都還在等房間，完全沒辦法進入房間休息，大廳裡面一大堆人等了一個多小時還沒有辦法進房間。 2. 櫃台的人員完全沒有幫上忙 3. 房間裡面浴室前的地板第一大塊凹陷 4. 沐浴乳，洗髮精的瓶子壞了，根本壓不出東西”

“交通方便, 接侍處職員有禮貌, 但咖啡和茶沒有天天補充, 垃圾桶的垃圾也沒有天天清走”

“nice neighbourhood, quiet and safe. 24 euros from airport to hotel by Uber, 8 minutes walk from tram station. Very cozy bed. But not sure it's as excellent as other 5 stars, maybe hotels are better and better equipped and decorated nowadays.”

“I have stayed at this hotel the last 3 times I was in Amsterdam. It is conveniently located near a metro and can access the city easily. The hotel is very clean and has a restaurant and a bar. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The I enjoyed their spa experience the last 3 times I was there and highly recommend this place for your next trip to Amsterdam. ”
