“Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure ”

“Superb in every way. Warm and welcoming staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Cosy but spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed. Fantastic home cooked food and plenty of it! A roaring log fire and honesty bar for drinks and snacks. The views are spectacular and although in a quiet location, within easy reach of the shops. ”
