“Hotel Luz Garden was such a joy! It is just minutes away from the Aguas Calientes train station (ex. Local, Inka Rail, Perú Rail) and also near Ministerio de Cultural office if you need to buy a last minute ticket to Macchu Picchu. The staff and hospitality at this hotel was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they have a storage room for your luggage. The rooms were clean, had Inkan decor, and most importantly, heat! “I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal……

“Mi experiencia en el Qoya Palace fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en Aguas Calientes y muy cómoda para quienes van a Machu Picchu. El hotel es elegante, limpio y con detalles que hacen la estadía especial. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas. “Casa del sol staff was amazing! They contacted me before the trip to make sure we had our Machu Picchu tickets, bus tickets and requested our time of arrival at the train station to help us get to the hotel. They also got us a guide for Machu Picchu who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped us get in line and on the bus asap. The staff made the trip so easy and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice with excellent customer service. We would definitely come back to this hotel!! ”
