“The hotel is chic and beautiful. Room size is not big but well appointed. Room is clean and well maintained. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and have easy access to most sightseeing spots and restaurants. ”

“Hotel breakfast was very limited with pastry only. Parking was included in the booking but the reception tried to have us pay 15 euro per day. No air conditioner is definitely a downside.”

“家庭客房採樓中樓格局，一樓是客廳、二樓有兩間客房，分別是一張雙人床、兩張單人床。離車站近是最大優勢，早餐尚可，飯店有點歷史了，不過大致還算乾淨。”

“Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in……

“The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.”
