“Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!”

“This is the best hotel in the Springfield area. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could need. Their drinks and snacks are good. We particularly enjoyed their top floor lounge.”

“This facility was nice and clean. The staff was great. A couple of things of note : this property is the eoitomy of trying to streamline space. The rooms are tiny. No closet space and kind of awkward placement of desk, TV, etc. Also, the location is apparently very popular for emergency vehicle traffic. Just things to note. ”

“This is always our to-go stop during our family trips through Missouri over the last decade. Accessible to just get off the highway and back on. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathrooms are clean with toiletries for your use. Towels are thirsty and smell clean! Hot breakfast and coffee to get you going in the morning. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. ”
