“Fantastic location, condition, and value. This is one of my favorite hotels, there are restaurants and shops right outside the front door. It's in a great location, and has very comfortable rooms. The main area is also really nice with a little store behind the front desk if you need anything. The pool and gym are also great! ”

“I had to wait over an hour to check in because the first room they put me in was not clean. There was some confusion as to finding clean rooms. I also had no hot water to shower two of the days I was there. The staff tho was very kind and super awesome. Shout out to Deserai who does breakfast and Rick the security guard who helped me get through some tough days as my stay there was to be close to my parents so I could help nurse my father who was dying of leukemia. My dad passed while I was……

“Love the location as near pier park and Shuckums and amazing hot tub and beach of course. Service was great as helped us check in early out of a bad hotel situation. Only bummer was there bar wasn’t open yet but can’t wait to see it ”

“The Hotel is closed and blocked off. The company that owns the property (Seahaven Beach Resorts) is up the street. But you do not know that until you arrive at the desolate building.”

“It was a good stay for me and my partner. The only issue that we encountered was our deadbolt didn't lock and the AC was louder than most I have had in any room. Other than that all was well for the weekend.”

“The remote control for the TV did not work. We took it to the front desk for a new battery. He said that he would have to have maintenance look at it. He never showed up. There was a massive storm with tornado alarms going off so we wanted to see the weather channel...to see if it was for the hotel area or back home's area. ”
