“The room was good for price with breakfast, comfortable, and clean, the toilet was big. The location was near the beach, but a bit far from the train station. Moreover, the hotel has no lift, so that we must carry the big luggage to the third floor with the thin staircase. No wife in the room, you must come down from the third floor to the lobby for the Internet.”

“Great location, Nice sea view, Feeling of Victorian Architecture inside and outside, comfort stay, they offer two bed rooms for 3 people, great value for the price, parking is no worry, just GBP2.2 to stay more than 24 hours”

“A void terrible not clean.dirty cups not washed up.telly not working reported 2 times told it broken. Only one member of staff .mirrors filty stains up the walls. Stair carpets not hovered ans stained. The only bonus was a big comfy bed.what was clean never return a gain.we stay in eastbourne during air bourne always been happy. With the other hotels but nt this one.”

Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. “Our room was a nice size for 3 of us, the beds had random feet on them, pieces of wood glued together.. little things 1 toilet roll , the tv didnt work, the shower doors we falling off, no shower gel ; etc provided, the toilet seat was loose and kept moving, the sink was dirty under the rim..no matching furniture in the room, under the cabinets dirty found a random piece of wood, only 2 cups when 3 off us stayed, so not enough tea , coffee etc..a old mattress, and other rubbish left at the back……

“A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.”
