“Room had all our needs and was well equipped , clean and smelt fresh at all times , staff very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was excellent no problems at all. Breakfast was very good plenty to eat and drink and efficient service, We had one thing that would have made our stay perfect if the mattress had not been sprung it made the bed feel very lumpy in places and sleep was hit and miss , we will be booking again next time we ho to Chichester as we found it very easy to get around , a big……

“The room was small but had everything you could wish for. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 2 irons, small fridge, etc. the heating was a little too warm for us but not too much. Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. ”

“The property was ok but the area was not great inside the property all night the neighbours in the property was shouting and making noise all night I did not get any sleep One of the worst night I stayed somewhere Did not feel safe leaving room as so much shouting from other rooms ”
