南海岸豪华酒店

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Fantastic hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. All the communal areas (bar/restaurant/reception/gardens) were very high standard. Rooms (we had small double) were exactly that, well appointed and small. The goose down pillows were extremely comfortable as was the bed. 4 x 22kwh electric chargers in the car park at a reasonable 59p/Kw Short walk to the town centre and the beach.”

“Amazing place!! We stayed here the night before getting the ferry but we would love to visit again just to stay. The reception and service was brilliant and the food absolutely delicious. An outstanding chef, and all staff went above and beyond. A special place for sure...we wish we had a local place like this to go to.”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”

“该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”
