“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“The reception staff are lovely and really helpful.The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.Love the seating outside the hotel we could just chill and watch the view so lovely.The housekeeping staff are great made our bed and lovely fresh towels for a shower.. ”
