“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

“這次的Spa 之旅來到普茲茅斯沿海地區的連鎖旅館 環境非常好 也很舒適⋯⋯唯獨因為疫情關係蒸氣室跟烤箱沒有開放之外 其他的都讓我下次還想再來住 因為跟男朋友有點摩擦，也謝謝客服人員適時的關懷，還貼心送我巧克力棒 ，都忘了問那位服務人員的名字了⋯⋯到現在巧克力棒我捨不得吃啊⋯⋯是這次旅行中讓我最難忘的經驗⋯⋯”
