“I enjoyed my stay. Its very quiet. ”

“Front desk was nice, breakfast was good, parking lot was close to my room and always available, room was clean. There were some guests with dogs that were kind of loud, and the fact I couldn't open my window curtains without exposing my entire room to everyone outside made me want to just keep my curtains closed most of my stay for more privacy.”

“The staff were friendly, the room was clean but there was no TV remote. It was kinda late by the time I realized it so I just went to bed instead of following up with a staff member. The waterfall shower was nice but I had difficulty getting it on and off. I wanted a room like the one that was pictured (with the iconic wallpaper) but we didn't get one like that.Parking was VERY tight as the spaces were very narrow. Breakfast was super basic.”

“Our check-in was good and relatively quick. Very pleasant reception upon arriving. Clean room. The breakfast was a little disappointing, the food was a little cold and dry. But I do understand that it was a holiday weekend, so I know it was busy.”

“close to universal studio, good service and safe neighborhood”

“The location was perfect for a very short drive to the parking garage for Universal studios, that was the best thing about this hotel, and the biggest reason we will most likely be staying again. Next time I will request an even # room so hopefully it is a bit quieter and darker. Our room was an odd number and was right across from the gas station, and the bright light shines thru the shutters they had, and I could hear loud cars over our sound machine we brought. But overall it wasn't horrible……
